in just 15 years, he’s written a whole chapter of contemporary art history - paintings, sculptures, and balloons which reference lovable cute characters - his collaborations with louis vuitton really set the bar for art/commerce - with a strong commitment to japanese art, twice a year he holds the geisai festival for emerging talent, and with his company kaikai kiki, supports and manages a group of young artists
